As promised, I’m back with another round of clean(ish) product swaps for all of you who are trying to be more mindful about the products we’re using in our everyday lives!

I know I’ve shared this in both episodes, but to be consistent, I want to share a bit more about my philosophy on this journey. There’s no way to remove toxins from your life 100%. That’s not the goal. For my family and me, the goal is to lessen the load.

That shift in thinking is what’s helped guide me through this journey of not being “perfect” and completely toxin-free. Instead, my goal is to be mindful of what we’re using, intentional about what we’re buying, and to make progress in all areas of our lives over time.

I am someone who is always trying new things. So, what I love today might get replaced a year from now by something I like even better. That doesn’t mean today’s pick is bad! It’s just working for now and has been replaced with something I love even more.

I also believe there’s no point in using a product that doesn’t work, just for the sake of being healthy. If it doesn’t work, why am I spending money on it? There are still a few not-so-clean versions of products in my routine, and hopefully I can find cleaner versions in the future!

Hand Soap Recipe:
2T Castille Soap
2t Fractionated Coconut Oil
10 drops of essential oil (I’ve used mint, lavender, and Onguard)
Distilled Water
Glass Foaming Hand Soap Dispenser

Counter/Glass Spray Recipe:
1 Part White Vinegar
1 Part Distilled Water
10 drops Doterra Onguard
Glass Spray Bottle

Glass Storage Containers
Stainless Steel Colander Set
Wood Kitchen Utensil Set
